Make events only available to certain groups

This guide explains how you can make events in the calendar available only to certain groups. If you haven't created groups you can read how to do that in this guide: Create groups


Step 1

Go to Schedule and click Add.

Fill in the required fields, title, date and start time. If you want you can also type in further instructions for the event in the text field below.

Choose the settings for the event

Step 3

Check the box "Display to selected groups" and then choose a group/groups. Here you can also choose if the event should repeat automatically, what type of event it is and attach a file. When you are done you click Save event.

Chose to make this event available only to certain groups
